There was no pressure to spend more that what I wanted. Jeff listened to what I was wanting and within 10 minutes had purchased, Price included mattress, delivery and removal of old mattress. My ten year old couch recently had a cable break in the recliner and they came out and fixed it, along with another issue at no cost, despite it being well out of warranty. I would definitely buy from them again knowing they are willing to offer that extra service when needed. Thank you!
